Walks -

  • All dogs are kept on leads or longlines during our walks.

  • They will be allowed off lead in what we deem a suitable place if we have been granted permission by the dogs owner that their dog is okay off lead.

  • Solo assessment walk before joining any group walks will take place. This is so we can match your dog with suitable friends.

  • Group walks are only taken out in small groups of 2 - 3 dogs. This is so we can make new friends safely and behaviour can be monitored during our walks together.

  • All dogs that are walked by us need to be up to date with their vaccinations and tick & flea treatment. This helps keep your animals healthy and happy in the long run as flea infestations are very uncomfortable for them and ticks can pass on very nasty diseases to our furry friends. It will also help prevent any spread of diseases when in transport in our vehicles.

  • Our vehicles get deep cleaned on a weekly basis, but after every use the bedding gets changed and the space gets sanitised immediately for our next customer!

  • We provide leads but ask if you can leave your dogs harness out for us when we pick up your dog for its walk.

  • Plenty of treats are provided throughout our walks!

  • In the event of an emergency, we will contact you before we seek veterinary attention. However if you are unavailable at the time, we will make the decision for you. We will use the Old School Vet Practice in Broadford but will liaise with your own vets before any treatment is given. Any vet bills that occur are to be covered by you the owner.

  • We operate with a strict confidentiality policy. So we will not discuss your animals with anybody unless there is a genuine need to do so with other professionals i.e. vets

Equine care -

  • Payment will be invoiced after work has taken place due to this being paid hourly, so how much you owe us depends on how long it takes us to carry out the desired tasks set out by you. This applies to my clients I see on a weekly basis. When invoiced it will need to be paid within 14 days of the invoicing date.

  • Holiday cover is to be pre-paid for in advanced before you go. This is so we can budget how much work you need/require rather than getting a bigger invoice than expected on your return:
